Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh

CEO of FPT IS

In 2025, FPT was proud to partner with the Government, ministries, provinces and cities, and enterprises to consult on and implement a wide range of critical digital transformation systems. FPT was involved from the early stages of drafting and revising regulations and policies, enabling customers to prepare and deploy technology systems aligned with these changes. Newly signed revenue exceeded 10 trillion VND, laying the foundation for growth in 2026.

Vietnam is transitioning from a technology-adopting nation to one that masters strategic technologies. In this journey, FPT will serve as a core enterprise accompanying Vietnam in becoming a global development hub by focusing on building the Made-by-FPT ecosystem, with flagship products in AI, semiconductors, cybersecurity, blockchain, quantum technology, UAVs, railway technology, and related fields. FPT will work with enterprises and organizations to make technology and AI transformation their core competitive strengths, while also partnering with the Government, ministries, provinces and cities to build and operate modern, convenient digital platforms centered on citizens and businesses.

Revenue from IT services for domestic market reached 9,093 billion VND, up 11.5% year-on-year. Revenue growth was driven by both the Government and public sector clients, as well as enterprise and banking clients, amid rising demand for the deployment of digital platforms, national governance systems, data systems, and AI transformation. Profit before tax was 440 billion VND, down 4.5% year-on-year, mainly because of the Company’s proactive increase in investments in core technology platforms and strategic infrastructure capabilities, including the development of AI factory infrastructure in Vietnam. These investments reflect a long-term orientation to strengthen competitive capabilities and expand the ecosystem of products and services in the coming years.

The year 2025 marked significant changes in Vietnam with a series of strong actions to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and other pillar resolutions. Resolution No. 214/NQ-CP on the Government’s action plan to promote the creation and development of data to support comprehensive digital transformation established a new, more holistic and long-term approach to the national digital transformation program. These directions not only drive demand for IT investment in the public sector but also open a clearer legal framework and coordination mechanisms, enabling domestic technology companies such as FPT to engage earlier and more deeply, serving as strategic partners accompanying the Government and ministries in realizing the national digital transformation goals.

Mastering core technologies, realizing national strategies

FPT marked an important milestone in the development of the Made-by-FPT ecosystem, clearly demonstrating the Corporation’s capability to master core technologies and its pioneering role in realizing the Government’s key directions under Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Decision No. 1131/QĐ-TTg. Through systematic investments in research and development, FPT continues to expand its portfolio of Made-by-FPT products, gradually shifting from service provision to mastering and commercializing high value-added technology platforms and solutions. Revenue from the Made-by-FPT ecosystem recorded growth of 19.1%, reaching 2,672 billion VND, with 10 solutions achieving signed contract values of over 100 billion VND each, clearly reflecting FPT’s ability to commercialize and scale technology products developed by the Corporation.

Revenue from the Made by FPT ecosystem in 2021-2025 period

Alongside positive business performance, the Made-by-FPT ecosystem continued to receive strong national-level recognition, with 14 products announced by the Ministry of Science and Technology on Resolution 57 Portal. The Ministry of Science and Technology recognized several solutions as Key Industrial Products and Outstanding digital technology products. These solutions directly addressed national-scale digital transformation challenges, affirming FPT’s role in developing strategic technology platforms for the country. Among them, Akabot further strengthened its position as a leading automation platform when deployed across multiple Big4 banks, successfully expanded into the Japanese market, and became the only Vietnamese technology product included in the Everest Peak Matrix. New platforms such as FPT Culture Tech in the digital heritage field and FPT eID, a digital identity solution achieving international biometric certifications, are ready to meet the stringent governance and security requirements of the financial and banking sector. Meanwhile, Kyta Platform, pioneering the low-code, no-code approach, not only recorded growth driven by enterprise market demand but also made a major impact when it was selected as the platform for the national digital platform for civil judgment enforcement. The platform enables end-to-end digitalization and brings transformative changes to the Ministry of Justice.

Affirming leadership in AI and semiconductors, driving long-term growth

With the right strategic direction and the continuous efforts of its research and development teams, FPT recorded remarkable growth in strategic technology areas, particularly AI and Cloud, thereby contributing positively to the Corporation’s overall business performance. Newly signed revenue from AI and Cloud solutions reached more than 1,459 billion VND, while recognized revenue reached 913 billion VND, up 48.4% compared to 2024. This reflects the rapidly growing demand from enterprises for advanced technology platforms, as well as FPT’s strong capabilities in deployment and commercialization. Improved profit margins accompanied revenue growth, enhancing the quality of growth and reinforcing the role of AI and Cloud as long-term profit drivers for FPT in the coming years.

To date, FPT has developed more than 10 large language models (LLMs) and over 70 AI models fine-tuned to meet specific customer requirements. Notably, the successful development of a Japanese-language LLM has expanded multilingual capabilities, laying the foundation for further expansion into international markets. Building on this foundation, FPT has continued to introduce strategic AI products to the market, including FPT AI Voice Agents, AI Adjust, and AI Camera Agent (Video Compliance). FPT’s AI solutions have supported more than 15 million minutes of contact calls, handling workloads equivalent to 3,500 personnel, while AI Agents continue to expand their automation capabilities across specialized tasks, from customer service and consulting to training. Currently, FPT’s AI Agents are serving more than 200 enterprise clients and handling workloads equivalent to 8,000 personnel, helping customers optimize operating costs and improve operational efficiency.

Alongside product development, FPT put into operation two AI Factories in Japan and Vietnam, ranked 36th and 38th respectively in the Top 500 global high-performance supercomputers. The AI Factory generated over 111 billion tokens and integrated more than 25 LLM models within its first six months of operation. Over 25,000 AI experts globally trust it, affirming FPT’s ability to master large-scale AI infrastructure and gradually elevate Vietnam’s technological standing on the global AI map.

In the semiconductor sector, 2025 marked an important milestone as FPT delivered its first power chip batch to Restar, becoming the first Vietnamese company to bring commercial chips to the Japanese market. Alongside commercialization efforts, FPT continues to expand international partnerships and invest in semiconductor R&D and incubation centers, gradually building the “FPT chip inside” ecosystem. The Corporation aims to export 10 million chips to the Asia-Pacific market over the next three years, creating a new driver for medium-term and long-term growth.

Accompanying with the Government and the nation to drive DX and build digital data infrastructure

With the spirit of “For a digital nation, FPT stands ready,” in 2025 FPT continues to affirm its role as a strategic partner and a key contributor in numerous national digital transformation programs, in line with the Government’s direction under Resolution No. 214/NQ-CP. By mobilizing teams of senior experts, FPT directly worked alongside various ministries, sectors, and localities in developing and refining Data strategies and Digital transformation strategies. At the same time, the Corporation participated in building and operating multiple national databases and critical sectoral databases, contributing to the establishment of a unified, interoperable, and long-term digital data infrastructure for public governance.

In addition, FPT directly deployed and operated numerous large-scale platforms and information systems as assigned by government authorities, contributing to the standardization of processes, improved management efficiency, and the modernization of public services. For instance, FPT partnered with the Ministry of Justice to implement the Civil Judgment Enforcement Digital Platform and the National Legal Portal, helping standardize operational processes, enhance management effectiveness, strengthen transparency, and modernize civil judgment enforcement activities. FPT also worked alongside the Ministry of Public Security to advise on the development of the National Data Center, a landmark project in the national digital transformation strategy. The Center meets the highest international standards (TIA-942-C Rated 4, Uptime Tier IV), contributing to the establishment of a national data infrastructure that is “accurate – sufficient – clean – live”, thereby strengthening digital sovereignty and reducing dependence on foreign infrastructure.

At the local level, FPT helped organize and coordinate the review of administrative procedures, the provision of online public services, and the development of databases across 34 provinces and cities nationwide, supporting local authorities in accelerating digital transformation in a coordinated and effective manner. Notably, the Company played a key role in ensuring the continuous, secure, and uninterrupted operation of IT systems during the implementation of the two-tier local government model. FPT successfully transformed critical systems in Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, upgraded platforms to support the new post-merger administrative model, and deployed IT systems using personal identification numbers in place of tax codes for the Ministry of Finance and related entities. In parallel, FPT also converted the core system of the State Bank of Vietnam to align with the requirements for streamlining the organizational structure.

Across key sectors of the economy, FPT continued to partner in deploying large-scale digital platforms serving citizens and businesses. Notable examples include the electronic ticketing ecosystem and Metro Ho Chi Minh City application, serving more than 14 million passengers, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen Application, and BIDV TradeFlat for import-export enterprises. FPT accelerated digital transformation in healthcare by deploying FPT.EMR to nearly 80 hospitals within just six months, serving tens of millions of citizens. These achievements further affirm FPT’s role in accompanying the Government and society in building a sustainable digital economy and digital nation for the long-term.
