Mr. Le Truong Tung
CEO of FPT Education
In 2025, the FPT education system focused on three key priorities: wide coverage, outstanding experience, and happy teachers and students, with the aim of continuing to bring Vietnamese talent further onto the global stage.
In 2026, the FPT education system will remain committed to these three priorities while further strengthening the integration of AI in learning through a practical approach aligned with the “learn – apply – experiment” model, contributing to the transformation of teaching and learning methods in the context of digital transformation.
In 2025, amid intensifying competition, the FPT education system remained committed to its long-term development strategy, focusing on investments in core technology training programs, internationalization, and improving faculty quality. Sustained investment in advanced technology programs, closely aligned with industry needs and global trends, helped FPT strengthen its quality foundation, enhance graduate outcomes, and lay the groundwork for returning to a growth trajectory as demand for high-tech talent continues to expand in the coming years.
Supporting national digital transformation and human resource development
FPT reaffirmed its role as a strategic training partner of the nation as FPT University joined several key alliances, including the Strategic Workforce Alliance for implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, the Au Lac AI Alliance, and the Semiconductor Alliance. At the same time, FPT Polytechnic founded and participated in the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Workforce Development Alliance, contributing to the development of an education ecosystem supplying talent for strategic technology sectors.
More than 3,700 students are enrolled in the AI and semiconductor chip design training programs and majors that colleges and universities have implemented. Educators have introduced AI education to 100% of learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12. The International Training Institute has effectively implemented programs in Automotive, AI Agent, and Cybersecurity. Digital transformation initiatives have also been widely adopted internally, with more than 6,000 staff and lecturers participating in training programs, gradually integrating AI and data into teaching, management, and research practices.
Expanding nationwide presence
Alongside deepening investments in quality, FPT continued to expand its education infrastructure to meet medium- and long-term demand. In 2025, FPT launched, topped out, and put into operation a series of new education projects in Hau Giang (former), Long An (former), Da Nang, Binh Dinh (former), Hue, Soc Trang (former), Binh Duong (former), and Nghe An. New campuses of Greenwich Vietnam and Swinburne Vietnam in Can Tho also officially commenced operations.
During the year, the Education sector completed more than 88,000 m² of new construction floor area and expanded its presence to 19 provinces and cities nationwide following administrative consolidation, creating a foundation for further scale growth in the coming cycles.

Reaffirming international education reputation and standing
The quality of training and research continued to gain recognition as FPT University advanced to the 301-400 band in the THE Impact Rankings, notably entering the Top 80 globally for Decent work and Economic growth (SDG 8), while also receiving the AI Innovation Award from Coursera. Research activities accelerated significantly, with the number of academic publications and research outputs increasing by more than 100% compared to 2024.
At the postgraduate level, FPT School of Business and Technology (FSB) became the first institution in Vietnam with an MBA program accredited by ACBSP (USA) and launched a 2+0 MBA program in partnership with the University of Colorado Denver. International education continued to expand with the MBA Global program at Greenwich Vietnam and the first student cohorts of Asia University Vietnam and Finland Metropolia Vietnam. Across the system, FPT welcomed more than 2,000 international students from 22 countries and partnered with 200 educational institutions across 34 countries, further strengthening the reputation and global presence of the FPT education system.
